When you hire us, we will take care of everything for you.
We’ll start by helping you to determine what you should keep and what you should sell.
We’ll help you to understand the monetary value of certain items so that you can make an educated decision on whether or not you would rather keep an item or sell it.
Once we have that figured out, we will separate the items you wish to keep from those you want to sell. Those items that are not for sale will be moved to another location, or we will find a safe place in another part of the house to store them. Then we will then start organizing, staging, pricing, and advertising your sale.
Once the sale starts, we will take care of everything for you. You can leave knowing that everything is under expert and full control.
One thing we offer that not many other estate sales companies will offer is that we are willing to work at these sales. We even offer delivery to the buyers if they don’t have a way to get purchased items home. When the sale is over we will be available to do whatever you would like to have done next, if you need us to call in liquidators to look at what’s left, or if you want the remaining items donated, thrown away.
At this point we can haul away any leftover items from the house so that it is completely emptied out. Every situation we come into is different, and we strive to cater to the specific needs of each of our clients. There is no job too small, too large, or too complicated for us. Every time we are selected to provide our services, we are happy.
